Shipping & Delivery

ALIAS cards are made in monthly batches, not held in stock. Orders open on the 1st of each month and close on the 20th. Your card is part of the batch you ordered in.

Engraving and assembly begin on the 21st. Every card in the batch is dispatched on the 27th of the same month.

Cards are shipped within India by India Post. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and rural pin codes can take longer.

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price you see there is the price you are charged.

You can follow your batch through engraving, dispatch and delivery on the homepage while it is being made.
