Shipping & Delivery

ALIAS cards are made in batches of 20, engraved together. Nothing is held in stock, so the day your card leaves depends on the batch it joins.

Which batch you are in. Orders placed from the 1st to the 20th of a month ship in that month's batch, dispatched by the 21st. Orders placed from the 21st ship in the next batch.

Your page does not wait. It goes live within 48 hours of your order. The card follows with the batch.

Who carries it. Cards are shipped within India by India Post Speed Post, with tracking. You get the tracking number when the batch is dispatched.

How long delivery takes. Counting from dispatch, metro cities usually take 3 to 5 working days. Other cities and large towns usually take 5 to 8 working days. Remote areas and the North East usually take 8 to 12 working days. These are estimates based on India Post's own timelines, not guarantees, and festival periods run slower.

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price you see there is the price you are charged.

You can follow your batch through engraving and dispatch on the homepage while it is being made.
